Fitment

How do I know a part fits my 4Runner?
Every product page lists the generation and model years it fits, plus any trim exceptions. 4th Gen is 2003–2009, 5th Gen is 2010–2024 and 6th Gen is 2025 and up. Still unsure? Email support@4yota.com with your year and trim and we'll confirm before you order.

Do your parts fit Limited or Trailhunter trims?
Most do, but some interior parts differ by trim. Exceptions are listed on each product page. If your trim isn't mentioned, ask us first.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Edmonton, Alberta. We ship anywhere in Canada.

Will I pay duties or brokerage?
No. Everything ships from inside Canada, so there are no duties, brokerage fees or surprise charges.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?
$10 on orders under $100, $20 from $100 to $499.99, and free from $500. Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 2–10 business days depending on where you are. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I pick up my order in Edmonton?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout or email us to arrange it.

Do you ship to the U.S.?
Not at this time. Canada only.

Installation

Do I need a shop to install these?
No. Most of our parts are designed for owner install with basic hand tools, and our interior trim installs with pre-applied 3M adhesive. Install notes are on each product page.

Do your MOLLE panels need drilling?
No. Our rear window MOLLE panels bolt in without drilling or cutting, and all hardware is included.

Any tips for adhesive-mounted parts?
Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, warm the adhesive with a heat gun or hair dryer, press firmly, and install above 15°C if you can. In winter, do it in a heated garage.

Returns and warranty

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Email us first. See our Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, 12 months from delivery on manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
