Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags
- You must include your receipt or proof of purchase
Start a return:
Email us at support@4yota.com to request a return. We’ll send you instructions and the return address.
Note: Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us right away so we can fix it.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Installed or used parts
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Sale items
