Shipping policy
We ship to addresses within Canada only. At this time, we do not ship to the U.S. or internationally. Everything ships from Edmonton, Alberta, so there are no duties, customs or brokerage fees.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat rate standard shipping based on your order total:
- Orders under $100: $10 flat rate
- Orders from $100 to $499.99: $20 flat rate
- Orders $500 and up: Free shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or rural addresses.
Oversize items: The skid plate, rear ladder and exterior MOLLE panels ship for a flat $60, and the hood shield (long box) for $30, anywhere in Canada. This is added to the standard rate for the rest of your order. Oversize items can also be picked up free in NE Edmonton.

Tracking Your Order
